Royson’s Automotive is currently hiring for the following positions:

Automotive Technician

Whether you’re an experienced master technician or just starting out with basic service work, we have a spot for you. Our shop services a wide variety of vehicles and repairs, giving you the opportunity to grow your skills and work on something new every day.

What we’re looking for:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working on vehicles
  • ASE certification(s) are a plus (but not required to start)
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • A commitment to integrity and excellent customer service

Maintenance Technician

This is a great position for individuals who are confident with routine maintenance and are looking to grow in the automotive industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle oil changes, tire services, fluid checks, brake inspections, and other small but essential services that keep our customers safe on the road. That is a number one priority for the best auto repair shop Chapin has available. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Basic mechanical skills and tool knowledge
  • Experience with oil changes, tire rotations, and similar services
  • Willingness to learn and grow under experienced techs
  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

Service Advisor

As the face of the front desk, our Service Advisors help customers understand what their vehicle needs and how we can help. This is a people-focused role that requires clear communication, patience, and a desire to genuinely help others.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive terminology
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Organized, friendly, and dependable
