I had been to two other Chapin auto repair shops prior to Royson's. Both of the previous places were a pain to get an appointment to. They made you leave your vehicle all day just for an oil change and tire rotation. Neither if the previous ones were convenient and it didn't bother them to inconvenience you. Royson' was pleasant, able to do the tire rotation and oil change quickly while I waited, which wasn't long. I also had them check my brake pads and rotors when they rotated the tires, the lady in front said they would do that anyway. One of the other places I had taken the vehicle to for rotation stated I needed brake pads and rotors, and would charge well over $500 to replace them and do the work. Royson's mechanics stated the pads were good for another 10,000 mikes at least and have them rechecked then. Royson's also stated there was nothing wrong with the rotors. Royson's Auto Repair in Chapin was very friendly, courteous, honest and efficient, very unlike those other three places in Chapin. Royson's obviously makes their money by being efficient, fair, reasonable and honest, and having repeat business, not buy gouging everyone who comes in, like the others tried to do to me. I have finally found a friendly, good, reputable, fair, reasonable, honest, convenient and efficient place to have my vehicles serviced. Definitely Highly Recommend Royson's and will come back for any future needs. They earned 5 STARS!!!

Great service! The guys at Royson's fixed my car quickly. They had me in and out within 15 minutes. My car ran great, and I haven't had a problem with it since. I will definitely be back! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car garage.

Royson's is the best automotive repair in the entire Chapin area! They are probably the most honest and reliable mechanics I have ever dealt with! I highly recommend going to Royson's before you go anywhere else. If a repair is going to be expensive, they will be upfront and honest about it and will even recommend possible cheaper workarounds. They are the most honest mechanics around!

I've had my vehicle worked on two different times in about three months. Kendra was/is amazing. She wasn't sure when they could get to it, but I dropped it off Thursday night. They had it ready to go Friday afternoon. The second time it was an issue I couldn't describe. My second job is driving a lot, and she helped me describe the issue. They worked on my car and found the issue right away! I went to pay, and it was less than quoted because this place had compassionate and dedicated people working for their community. I will never forget their service and compassion. Kendra is an absolute asset. Their mechanic is also phenomenal. They have never tried to upsell me and pieced it out so I could afford the repairs on my budget. Thank you Royson's, you put other places to shame!!!
